All work is carried out to Mercedes-Benz specification and includes genuine Mercedes-Benz specified parts. These carry a two-year unlimited mileage warranty (excluding wear and tear).

Choosing us won’t affect your warranty
The EU introduced the ‘European Block Exemption Directive’ in 2003. It allows vehicles to be serviced by Independent garages, without invalidating the manufacturer’s warranty. The service provider must use manufacturer approved parts and correctly follow the manufacturer’s service schedule.
At Pentangle MB we have the expertise and facilities to service your Mercedes-Benz in full accordance with the manufacturer’s service schedules. This allows you to take advantage of our much lower rates than those of franchised dealers.
